Shipping & Returns

At Dolphie Nature, every order is packed with care, and we want you to love what you receive. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Shipping Within Singapore

We offer free standard delivery on all local orders over SGD 60.
Standard delivery takes 2–3 working days, and we aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours.
Do note that during sale periods or public holidays, delivery may take a little longer.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns for eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging, with tags still attached

  • An order number 

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at hello@dolphienature.com and we’ll guide you through the next steps.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty item or an item that doesn’t match your order, please contact us at hello@dolphienature.com within 14 days. We’ll cover the return shipping and offer either a replacement or full refund once the item is received and inspected.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
